Was cold called to do a phone interview- and after two phone interviews was told I'd be fast tracked through the process. Then I heard nothing from them. I follows up twice but there was no response.

Had 3 interviews over 5 months with no offer. At this point, I asked when I could expect a decision, and the company ghosted me, never providing confirmation for the interview. The hiring manager asked me for advice on a current company problem during my third interview, and I believe they may have offered me another interview to ask for more free advice. Both the hiring manager and recruiter mysteriously took quite a few long 'vacations' during the interview process. I sincerely feel I have dodged a bullet by not working with this company.
