Basically it started with 3 rounds : 1)Online Aptitude Test 2)Technical Round 3)Managerial Round Round 1 : its general aptitude test which involves the basics of testing, agile methodologies, general aptitudes. this is the system based online test. questions aren't so tough. here the results will be emailed to the HR. Once Round 1 is cleared and HR will immediately contact you to schedule for second. Round 2 is Technical Round since I applied for QA, questions where mostly part of the QA process , basic Aviation terminologies, Basics of Quality, Types etc. it was scheduled for 60 mins but due to some connectivity issue it was extended to 20 mins more but panel member was so cool that she just asked to calm down and took alternative methods to contact. so genuinely they are looking for the skill nothing else. Round 3 is Managerial here manager will be conducting 1-1.this round focuses on how much you know the company and process. here manager will explain the company more and methodologies involved. (I have attended many company interviews and this company's selection process will be very fast compared to all - As they value the time of the candidates and Recruiters equally )
