My interview process was a pleasure. Interviews that ask those generic questions are just uncomfortable for both parties i think. Just sitting and talking about work, life, and things is how you really get a feel for what a person or company is all about.

Short and sweet. Usually with the manager and then the owner. Lasted about 30 minutes. They really wanted to know if you were able to be a normal human being and connect to the people shopping there.

Entretien
It was a 30 min general conversation about my background, interest in running, and why I'm interested in the position. I was not tested on shoe knowledge. I think showing interest in the sport and helping people are the most important aspects.
