Applied to role and received invitation within one week to participate in a phone screen with Recruiting team member. The team member was well versed in the job I applied for, represented the company and culture accurately and provided me with a timeline and expectations for the rest of the process. I was moved forward in the process and participated in an interview with a hiring manager over video conferencing, then was moved to the next stage: a panel interview with peers over video conferencing. I completed an online assessment that covered my working style/communication style/handling the unexpected, etc. Following the assessment, I was invited to visit the HQ office and participate in final interviews with the hiring manager, peers, and functional leader. The interview process was well managed start to finish, the timeline and decision points at each milestone aligned with the process described to me in the first conversation, and the culture, team and job matched the description provided in the application; and was reflected accurately by all members of the interview team.
