I originally had my first interview with a recruitment company, they then contacted the company to ask what they were looking for. It wasn't until 6 weeks later that i was called in for an interview, showing that they were looking for the correct fit, and not just hiring someone for the sake of it. !s interview was with local manager. 2nd interview was with local manager, and national sales manager. followed by a personality test.
