I was referred into the role and encouraged to submit my application through the system. After taking the time to complete the application, there was no follow up, no update, and no notification that the role was closed or that I was no longer being considered. I followed up directly with a senior leader and did not receive a response. I understand hiring volume and changing priorities, but the complete lack of communication, including the absence of an automated closure email, made the process feel disorganized and dismissive of candidates’ time.
