Took a couple of rounds of interviews, 2 zoom meetings. Was told I was being considered for 2 different internships since the hiring manager said they liked my background. Didn’t hear back for weeks until I got a rejection email.

First interview was great, second one with manager was also great, given a good idea of role, compensation, start date, even told was being considered for two different roles, then nothing.
