Entretien
I went through an intro call with HR, then setup the next round with the hiring manager. I waited on the call and no one else joined. Complete waste of time.
Pretty straight forward, call with recruiter, HM, technical then fit. Interview was pretty average but the quality of the interviewer was perhaps one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Condescending smirks and comments. Typical narcissistic incel behavior. Couldn’t believe they would make someone with such poor social skills a manager. But I guess that’s telling if the culture as a whole.
