The interview process was totally fine. Maybe one too many interviews, but a lot of companies are doing six or seven interviews these days so maybe it wasn't so bad.

The questions were abstract and relied on the interviewee to lead. The interviewer didn’t lead the questions much. First impressions matter here a lot.
