I only got as far as the initial screening call with a recruiter, I was told I would be a good fit and will hear back but received a generic rejection email over a week later. I asked for feedback and was told it was because I didn't live close enough to Derby. I wasn't asked about commuting or willingness to relocate, and I only live about an hour away. I asked for some constructive feedback and received no response.
