There are 4 steps in the process. Interviews started with the Tech recruiter, meet other agile coaches, test assignment with a real team and finally a leadership interview round with leaders of the tech branches.

The interviews went for 4 stages, it was interesting and gave me the overview to the teams and the leadership which I will be working with. There is a lot of interesting questions, it struck a good balance of a structured and flexible interview.

The whole process lasted less than a month. There were 4 eliminatory interviews and one meeting the team.
They invested a lot of energy into making this process as fast as possible. Everyone was kind, professional and humble.
