Had an interview and Interviewer was unprepared and unsure of responsabilities. They were not able to answer basic questions regarding expectations. Overall seemed more like testing waters and not respectful of one's time

Interviews were scheduled weeks apart, then after the last round they said “we will get back to you shortly” and haven’t heard a thing for 3 weeks.
In the meanwhile they have reposted the same role and kept ignoring my emails . Really dissatisfied as they simply could have been honest and not wasting my time and energy eith hours of long interviews from pre-scripted questions.
