first they do a behavioural screen with hiring manager. Then they process the information and send you a take home assessment. after the take home, if they would like to proceed they will call you for a technical interview with leetcode + review of your take home -> team assignment -> offer.

The interview was lackluster. It didn't sound like they wanted to hire but more of gathering market sentiment. Overall the interview was just bad experience and probably didn't had much intent to hire but rather gathering information from others.

HR asked some basic common questions and explained the interview process including a in-person technical test with 1 online round. To HR, dont call people up if you are not going to invite people for technical test. It is complete waste of time.
