The interview process ran very smoothly with great communication and constantly offering support when/if needed. The First and second stages were a general chat and dive into my previous experience which I really enjoyed. It was very conversational which made me feel relaxed and settled my mind. The 3rd stage was to present my roadmap plan of what I would do to improve IT at Flock. I had never done a presentation like this in an interview so despite being very nervous at this particular stage I put my all into the presentation. There were some questions at the end, some that I found quite challenging but enjoyed it nonetheless as I enjoy being challenged. The final stage was an interview with the CEO Ed. I had never had a final stage interview like this but I really liked speaking to Ed. He was very specific but also was clear and concise with how he wanted information provided and wanted me to speak through my previous experience as quickly as possible but to be specific with the key bits of information I was providing. Overall, the interview process was great with some very unique interview processes that I had never experienced before which was nice to be involved in. Additionally, everyone was so awesome to speak to!
