Phone Screen with Recruiter, Hiring Manager x2, presentation round. Recruiter is basic background overview to make sure you are a good fit. What you currently sell is similar process etc. The first hiring manger is role fit, questions around pipeline and deal progression. The second hiring mgr is behavioral. The final round is presentation. All comments were towards how I prepped, nice slides, and in the mock disco call it was did I ask open ended questions and dig deeper vs product pitching. Def close for next steps and ask for someone else to be on the call - they specifically called out they liked that.

The flock interview process consists of three rounds, each lasting about 30 minutes.

Throughout the process, the interviewers acknowledged the recent controversy regarding data privacy concerns related to federal government oversight. This transparency demonstrated their commitment to addressing potential issues and showed they valued candidates who are informed and concerned about data ethics. Overall, the process is structured yet aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of both the candidate and the company's current landscape.

Entretien
The early stages of the process were positive, but the final interview with a company executive was a major disappointment.
The executive showed up late, joined from a phone with the camera off, and rushed through what was supposed to be a 30-minute interview in barely 15. Instead of discussing my skills or experience, the focus shifted to irrelevant personal questions. The interaction came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
This was, without question, the worst interview experience I’ve ever had. It raised serious concerns about the company’s leadership and culture. If this is how top leadership engages with candidates, I would strongly caution anyone considering working here.
