1st I tércieme seemed like a real job. I guess everyone passes the first round. You feel great when you hear back from them and think you did great. Once you go to the second interview you realize the reason for this. The need people every si glue day because of the high rotation. Door to door is only for a few.

Met in a cheap office in downtown and did a group interview that had nothing to do with consulting. Selling door to door for cheap wages. Very misleading and sketchy.

Entretien

Multiple people waiting and filling out forms in a very small and tight room. 2 people interviewed at the same time made it a bit uncomfortable. They were objective but it wasn't enough time for answers.

Entretien

3 interviews, first one with a HR person that ask you about your goals, dreams, etc, then a shared interview with the other candidates when they explain you the "project" (just a door to door sales position) , and finally a interview with the manager when he ask you why they should hire you
