Only one interview (was not asked for 2nd interview). It was over MS Teams, but this was in early 2021 so not sure how they are doing things now. They mostly asked questions that were directly correlated with the "required knowledge/skills/abilities" section from the job posting.

The head of the group was discharged Air Force Officer. Very inappropriate during interview. I do not understand why they can do whatever they want at the workplace. And they have a big head just because they are in federal funded agency. I wish never applied in this department.

A month later, I was asked to interview the next day
Two people interviewed me and they were nice but also somewhat fake.
They asked 20 questions and took detailed notes
They repeated the questions or rephrased the questions in the case where it was not clear.
