The supervisor called me to ask if i was still interested in the position once I said yes she asked me when was the best time to interview. Once I was in the office ready for the interview two supervisors came in each with a list of questions in hand and they took turns asking me questions.

It was an easy 15min phone interview. They asked normal questions about my personal life. Nothing more than the average phone interview. Would recommend anyone to try it out. It was a pleasant experience even though I was not selected.

Just a phone call followed with a in person meeting then they offer you job. After the training is like 3 months long bc it’s a lot of info with financial aid registrar and admissions that you just learn.
