HR interview is mostly on your motivation then you just talk about the core business where they are just making sure you know the basics. They told me I was through to the next round during the call. Waiting for Technical Interview now

An online assignment on quick math problems, then a motivational interview with hr, then a interview with a trader, supposly a final round with the team. I got to the trader round and flunked it
First round mental math where you have to solve many problems in ~15 minutes, then an interview with some quick resume questions, questions about the company (what do we do? why are you interested?) and some brain teasers
