Mental math assessment just like the example they give you. Then consecutive video calls with HR and another team member. If you want to apply for the trader internship too, there will be an extra final round with a senior trader to do a case study.

I passed the numerical test and then came to the first interview stage with HR. I think there are technical interviews before actually onsite with traders but I didn't pass this stage.

Why Trading? Why FlowTraders? What is hedging? How to arbitrage from the market?
I had a behavioral interview with an HR first. She asked me what I knew about Flow Traders, and why I wanted to join the Summer Business Course. Then there was a 10-min calculation test.
