The mental math test is just a matter of practice. You get 10 minutes to solve 75 arithmetic problems. In the recruiter interview, I was asked to introduce myself and then some motivational questions followed. Further, some questions about the core business of Flow Traders are asked to test your knowledge. They send you some preparation links in advance. The recruiter was very friendly and the interview went quite well. Unfortunately, I was not selected for the next round.

Process was quite long, video mental math test, then video group interview, then AI video interview, then 2 rounds of technicals then behavioural and final. Questions were pretty standard and on the easier side. Too long.
