Received a verbal offer but no salary range or number for the position, even when I asked. Was told that I had to give the first number before I received it in writing. Verbal offer was later rescinded when I gave a number, even after asking for a counteroffer. Some nice people at the company, but beware manipulative negotiation tactics like this (it was from leadership, too). Proceed at your own risk.
