You better have good credit And be able to pass a DOT physical. Overall a little over two week process. I spent nine and a half years working there I don’t know about the corporate hand but the independent in they do offer some support.

Check credit history, education and military service if applicable. Able to communicate with customers, provide solutions not excuses establish good working relations

I was already a distributor when I applied so it wasn't much of an interview.The actual process,however,took quite a while.Wait for the background check.Wait for the credit check. Wait for the drug screen.It takes a while for everything to go through. At least a couple weeks
