Great process with discovery. Interactive interviews with great guidance from discovery graduate scheme. I would recommend intensive research concerning the business and role beforehand. This would help you in the interview process. It is quite a long extensive process so be prepared for virtual online interview, then a virtual assessment day with group task as well as in person assessment day with two group activities, presentation and competency based interview.
