Initial 30 minute Screening Call with HR Recruitment Consultant, general questions about experience, and an overview of the company to see an organisational fit. Then a one hour call with direct manager, with some slightly technical questions but more character based. This was followed by a half hour call with a Product Manager, more focused on demonstrating the type of company you'd be joining and assessing the startup fit. This was followed by a technical interview with a specialist in the area, this was a list of direct questions. All was done very quickly, with a clear distinct process, on character, fit and technical proficiency.
