Our interview process is structured in three progressive rounds designed to thoroughly evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. The 1st Round is a face-to-face interview focused on assessing technical competencies and initial suitability. This is followed by the 2nd Round, the Manager Round, where candidates engage directly with the hiring manager to discuss role-specific responsibilities and team dynamics. The process concludes with the 3rd Round, the HR Round, dedicated to package discussion, final negotiations, and onboarding details.

First,there was a presentation about the company where they provided insight about the company.Later,it is followed by written test with puzzles,pseudo codes for one hour.Later,it is followed by Technical cum Human Resource interview for about two hours.
