Quick process with 2 stages of interviews. First was a chat with the lead developers where they asked a bunch of situational questions about past projects and such. Second stage was a live coding session on Codesandbox with some pair programming involved to build some UI. Ended off with some technical questions

1st stage: - Can you tell us about a time you had a difficulty in your job and you had to solve it? - Can you tell us about a time you had a difference of opinion on how to solve a problem with your team and how you managed to get others behind you? (And several other questions along those lines) 2nd stage: - What do you know about server-side-rendering? - What is the fetch API? - What is the difference between the forEach and map functions? - How does Redux work?

Primeiro foi com o rh depois tecnica e parei ai nessa parte porem tinha mais duas fases de desafio tecnico no qual se nao me engano era uma de codigo mesmo e outra de arquitetura
