This was a waste of time. Got asked to go into a mix and mingle for cocktail serving. Got there and they asked us 2 questions 1. Tell me about yourself 2. Fun fact and the manager said they’re looking for personality and see if you’re outgoing. Not sure how you can tell if someone is outgoing by 2 questions within 10 mins but ok. Even if someone acts like they’re outgoing, they can be faking it. They need to update their interview processes and this is why they’re going down hill.

Casting call. 5- 10 min interview. They ask you questions and say they will email you back. Different questions are asked relevant to your experience in hospitality. it is conducted in panel interviews.
