1st round interview with the recruiter. 2nd round phone interview with Engineer. 3rd round onsite ~3-4 hrs with coding challenge, whiteboarding, interview with product manager, VP of engineering. The overall process is great .
absolutely awful interview process, interviewers were completely uninterested and seemed high during the interview. The technical rounds involve a LC hard + random typescript trivia. The only positive part of this entire process was the recruiter who seems to be the only one with an ounce of professionalism in this organization.

Initial phone screen, followed by an on-site that was broken into parts: critical thinking and communication, programming ability, white-boarding design, product sense, & general Q&A. They need me to bring a computer and do some pair-programming which is related to getting some data from websites.
I spoke with senior engineers and mid-level engineers, all with different focuses and interests on the team. I also spoke with a product manager who asked me a lot of questions about product specs and working with other departments. Finally, I spoke with the VP of Engineer, who talked more in-depth about the structure of the team, how engineering fit into the larger company and his experience as a manager.
Overall, I enjoyed my interview with Zipongo. I ended up declining to work there because another company’s offer seemed more appealing to me personally, but Zipongo felt like a fine place to work at. I really like the culture there. People are super friendly.
They have a secret room which is filled with wines and music instrument, a pingpong table. Seems like the company is super relaxing and people have a great work-life balance. I definitely love the place.

Had a talk with a recruiter and setup the first round phone interview. The technical interviewer talks as though he was very tired and sleepy. He had no interests introducing himself or the team. It sounds like he is asking questions from a paper with bullet points, and he finally hung up on me quickly.
