First there is a recruiter screen, virtual interviews with the team and a panel interview with other stakeholders. I only had the recruiter screen — the questions felt a bit disorganized and like there wasn’t a full understanding of the role itself, though the recruiter was very nice. I then got an automated message of next steps before a different automated message that they would not be moving forward with my application.
