I applied online and got called back the same day to schedule an interview for the next day. Arrived at my interview on time, it was super intimidating at first because there were about 9 people in the room so I thought it was going to be a group interview. Turns out they were all managers & assistant managers (I think) from various locations. There were 2 main guys asking the questions, everyone else kind of just sat and listened in. Another interviewee came in while I was being interviewed, not sure if he was late but we ended up being interviewed together. Overall it was pretty casual, easy questions and from time to time some of the other people chimed in to ask questions as well. Got a call back 2 days later saying I was hired and to schedule my orientation!
