First received a call to schedule an interview then we met as a group with other potential employees and store managers and just had simple conversations. It was really laid back and they were really nice and wanted to get to know your personality.
You apply online. Then they call you on the phone ask a few questions then set up a in person interview. Question are easy and are different from each location.

Asked basic questions about my experience, where I see myself in 5 years, describe myself I. 3 words, the meaning of integrity and then they go for a second interview where it’s one on one and ask further questions.

Entretien
I had one interview in one location. Then I was called by the assistant manager from another location. It was one phone interview and one in-person interview at their other location. Not too long later I was hired.
