Phone screening and in person interview. You have to pass an online personality test or else your application will not be received. Foot Locker always needs more sales associates so as long as you seem smart, responsible, and outgoing, with decent availability, you will get hired.

It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
