It was a group interview for a Christmas Sales Associate. There was about 10 other people and we were sat in a circle and were asked questions. Was done by two managers and no activities were asked to be done.

I went there, they took me downstairs, the store manager asked a few general questions (easier if you genuinely have worked in retail) What is the most important thing as a retail assistant? Also, if someone is caught stealing, what will you do? then she confirmed from her end.

Terrible ‘interview.’ They said it was a group interview but 25 plus people were waiting outside the store. After being 20 minutes late to the time they said to arrive, they told us to come in the store, get in a circle and answer a few questions. I’d honestly avoid because of the lack of preparation from their team. I can’t give you much about the interview itself because I left halfway sorry, thought it wasn’t worth my time.
