They will check your communication skills which should be ok... Then one typing test...which also should b ok....like 20 words per minute... They don't need well qualified experienced employment.... Because they pay less...so they prefer freshers

Entretien
A Written Test followed by two rounds of F2F Interviews . 1st Round with a team leader and 2nd with Head of Department .. then they will forward the resume and other documents to HR in Bangalore who will call you to discuss salary and other parts like travelling job timings etc

They will mainly ask about previous work experiences, what are the life goals, how did we came to know about the company, what do you know about BGC or Verifications why do you think Background Verification is necessary etc
