A BCBA at the clinic reached out to me after applying. We set up a time to interview. The interview took about 30 minutes and then I was shown around the clinic.

Would I be willing to get my RBT Certification within a certain time frame from hiring?
They went over the job description first, and asked for an introduction. It was more about the job expectation than an interview. They gave examples of what working here or working with children would look like.
