Had an interview or two (both pretty easy and just generally talked about work experience and how it relates to the job responsibilities at Force). Then had a creative assessment/assignment and then had one more meeting after that with the Creative Director and CMO where I got the job.

Creative assessment was to create display ads that are directly similar to what we do in the job, and then one other creative ad just to show off my skills.
