Had 7 interviews. First 6 had very positive feedback. Final interview was going decent until last 5 minutes where he basically told me I was too junior. I'm guessing the team wanted to take a chance on me, but the final decision maker said no. Just frustrating my lack of experience couldn't have ruled me out before hours of interviews.
