Lack of communication skills. I contact them by mail and they finally reply me to me late and out of business hours. Finally, we scheduled a call to interview me. The interview was normal they asked me a lot of details about my projects. I respectfully request future feedback of my interviews and they never reply. Do not waste your time with this unformal startup.
