J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Forcepoint (Austin, TX) en oct. 2014
Entretien
A recruiter contacted me for this position, and we did a quick phone interview. She then asked me to take a personality and skills test online. I took the tests and never heard back from her. I followed up with her twice asking her to tell me if I was still being considered. It would have been super helpful if she would have at least told me that they were not considering me. I found her ignoring my emails very unprofessional.

Asked to take an online assessment. After that I was asked to come into the office to re do the assessment to make sure I did not "cheat" A little offensive and needless but read reviews and this is their process. After several emails with recruiter trying to schedule a time she agreed to meet me during my lunch break. I was early but apparently they only have one computer that you can take the assessment on and someone else was scheduled to take the assessment at the same time I was scheduled. I had to wait 20 minutes to take the test. Completely unprofessional. I had made it very clear I was on my lunch break and to make me wait 20 minutes because the only computer was double booked left a very bad test in my mouth for this company. Not to mention the cold unfriendly receptionist that I had to sit with during my wasted 20 minutes.
