1) Phone Interview It could be multiple people or a single person. In my case, it was with a current software engineer. Talking mostly about your background experience, going over the company's product and high-level position's details. 2) In-person Interview (A few days after) Took almost 2hrs, pretty overwhelming. First, they give you an office tour; which is an open plan (a lot of distraction for what I could have perceived). You could sense a lot of EGO from a few people, including the ones that interview you - environment felt pretty heavy and not friendly as you would assume. Then, they give you an assessment which you should complete in 45 minutes. Once you finish, you go over what you were able to complete. Expect a lots of questions, even questions that weren't included in the actual requirements. After that, more technical questions and lastly some other non-technical questions but very minimal.
