Entretien
First process was an Group/Panel interview.They gave us some documents which are providing some information about marketing.And with the light of this informations they wanted us to solve the 20 questions within 20 minutes.And then they wanted us to argue them with the group.That was totally unneccesary and dissapointing.

Entretien
It was all about technical details. How an automobile engine and powertrain works were asked. The details of my master's thesis were requested. It wasn't easy but the manager was kind enough to give me some tips when I struggled.
1. English test
2. Group interview ( Trying to find a solution by discussing a problem ) then mathematical test
3. Technical interview with managers in factory (different managers for different positions )
Selection and hiring process approx takes 2 months. Human resources Personality tests, English exam in a language school, human resources assesment center , face to face interviews with related departments supervisors and managers
