Process held on three stage. First on is a phone call by HR department. Second is a technical interview. They are asking mainly your previous experience with great details. Third one is with HR again about salary and other staffs.

The interview process starts out with a personality test that takes about 30 to 45 minutes to complete. You are supposed to answer the questions honestly. The next part is the one-to-one interview with the hr. The topics mainly discussed are your interests, and if you are a new graduate, your senior projects. The next phase of the interview is with the heads of different engineering departments to find out which one fits the candidates skills and interests.
