First, I got phone from recruiter for joining the interview. The interview continues nearly 5 hours. At the start of interview they make an IQ test which has 50 questions during one hour. Then they want a group discussion about how we can enlarge an automobile company. We discussed it among 5 people during 1 hour according to given informations about compony to us. Then they ask questions about group presentations. Finally, we made private presentations about similar topic. This time it was motorcycle company. 5 days later, they informed me about the result with an e-mail.

Even though we are mechanical engineers, they ask questions non-related to technical problems. The questions are related with economy.

The interview was of several layers. Firstly, a very detailed assessment center process along with a personality test. Then a meeting with the potential supervisors for a more technical interview.
