J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Forethought (Toronto, ON) en juin 2025
Entretien
Had my first interview, a 15 minute call with a VP. Made me feel as if I were wasting his time for having an interview with him by constantly mentioning how many back-to-backs he had.
Asked me typical questions like "Tell me about a project you worked on". The issue arose when I was about to have my second interview. At 3AM the morning of, I received a one sentence email from the recruiter saying that they are cancelling the interview. I asked for feedback, a reason, and a possible rescheduling. Nothing after 48H.
I was extremely interested in working at Forethought, especially with my AI background... but this has left such a horrible taste in my mouth that it's made me want to quit Tech forever.

I had a really pleasant interview experience starting off with Fabi (the recruiter), followed by conversations with two VPs. They were all very personable and genuinely interested in learning about my experience and how I would fit within their company. Each discussion felt thoughtful and conversational, which made it easy to share openly.
After several interviews with other companies, this stood out as one of the better processes I’ve been part of — organized, genuine, and overall a positive experience.
