The process was extremely well organized and was much faster than any comparable companies I was interviewing with. It struck a nice balance between never feeling too difficult, to where it felt like the interviewers were testing your mental resolve, but technical enough to where they definitely wanted to be able to assess your problem solving capabilities and intelligence. It felt as if they were looking for certain core competencies, but favored a drive to learn over the pre-packaged perfect candidate. There was a technical recruiter screening, a screening with the hiring manager, and then a five person panel preceded by a 15 minute presentation on a technical project I had completed. Before making offers, they requested references.

Asked about previous experience, behavioral questions to gauge experience. Asked salary estimate, relocation, starting dates. Never proceeded to second round, got rejection within 5 days, job description does not match what they are looking for.
