The process began with a 90 minute take-home programming questions. Afterward, I was called in for a 90 minute on-site interview.
The on-site interview consisted of questions about your professional experience, domain specific knowledge relevant to the position, and a couple whiteboard programming problems. The whiteboard questions were fair.

3 interviewers interviewed me. They were kind and rigorous. I was asked some questions about C++, networks and Operating systems. No coding exercise during the interview. They focus on the description and the projects listed on your resume.

Horrible experience. After the passed technical assessment, the hire manager rejected me because I applied for another position in Fortinet a few months ago. I don't understand this excuse, and I don't accept being rejected by this excuse.
