It was quite ok I guess. 15 min phone screening included some general networking questions. He explained about the role and the company in the first two minutes and then the rest was just technical.

Entretien
Very smooth process. First interview was with HR, then a technical interview of 30 mins with manager. Third step was an online test on Hacker Ranker. Final round is a group interview with technical team.

Starting from basic networking questions regarding OSI model, routing, switching scenarios, firewalls. In depth questions regarding VPNs, IPSec, SSL/TLS and some questions regarding Linux. Some troubleshooting scenarios around routing and firewalls.

Entretien
The interview process was very detail and it comprise of 3 rounds.
First the online test and the second would be a pre-screen round with the manager even that would be for an hour with full technical and some scenario questions.
The third round would be the toughest part with 5 to 6 practical's part with some n/w questions.
