It was a 3 step interview process. 1.) Met with the Market Manager at the office for a 1 on 1 interview. 2.) On site/Job shadow with a Team Leader in the field. (Went over the opportunity, program, pay structure, and weekly schedule) 3.) Phone interview with hiring Manager
