The recruiter called me for the first round to ask about my salary range. The process takes 10 calendar days for the call to go ahead. Then I was invited to second stage interview, which is supposed to consist of a panel of 2 LM. On the interview day, one of the LMs didn't attend, so it became a one-to-one interview. From my impression of the interview, Fortrea doesn't value monitoring knowledge much, but rather knowing about your current workload. More than half of the interview time is for the candidate to defend on their availability to work on Fortrea workload (which is about 6 protocols & 25 sites). 3 weeks later, Fortrea has invited me for another interview on the basis the other LM is unavailable. Therefore, I terminated the interview
